Founded in 1999, Mills Builders has built 100’s of projects in Sacramento’s historic neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
Our area of expertise lies in the construction/renovation of older homes as well as in-fill development work, typically Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s).
Jonathan Mills
Jonathan Mills, founder and owner of Mills Builders, brings decades of hands on experience in both the field and project management. He oversees each project from start to finish, serving as the bridge between clients, trade partners, and the Mills Builders team to keep communication clear and schedules aligned.
Jonathan earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. His path in construction has included building homes in Colorado, working in Alaska, and managing complex projects in the Bay Area before founding Mills Builders in 1999.
Jonathan takes pride in guiding projects to completion and delivering solidly built homes that reflect the trust his clients place in him.
